2. Content: Any game, simulation, script, or asset made available for in-browser client-side execution.
3. Electronic Verification: By continuing to use the hub or studio, you acknowledge understanding of these operating policies.

Article II: Hosting & Sandboxed Architecture

1. Client-Side Execution: Projects and code run entirely within isolated browser sandboxes.
2. No Intermediary Warranty: Third-party community submissions are provided on an as-is basis.

Article III: Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for indirect damages resulting from local browser script execution.

Article IV: Copyright & DMCA Policy

1. We honor digital copyright laws. Legitimate removal and copyright notices submitted through the support portal are processed promptly within 24 to 72 hours.

Article V: Privacy & Data Integrity

1. All projects in the Studio are stored locally in your browser's LocalStorage.
2. We collect minimal diagnostics to maintain uptime and do not sell user data to third-party brokers.
